Sol2Pump - Hocheffiziente Kombinationen von Solarthermie, Photovoltaik und Wärmepumpenanlagen
Das Projekt beschäftigte sich mit dem Ziel einer möglichst dezentralen Eigenenergieversorgung auf Basis von erneuerbaren Energieformen. Die Kombinationsmöglichkeiten von Solarthermie, Photovoltaik und Wärmepumpe werden tiefgehend analysiert und der Eigenstromverbrauch durch Ausnutzung des Gebäudes als Kurzzeitwärmespeicher maximiert. Im Sinne der Verbrauchsoptimierung sollen mehrere Maßnahmen gesetzt und die Wirkung auf den Energieverbrauch wirtschaftlich bewertet werden.
FFF-TaliSys - Freeform Systems for Daylighting to be Integrated in a Façade and in a Skylight
In the course of the project FFF-TaliSys novel daylighting systems based on freeform surface technology were developed and implemented into functional models, thus, innovative systems that solve the contradictory requirements of daylighting systems.
Increase of in-house consumption by building clusters and active storages (Eigenlast Cluster)
The project involved the evaluation of the significance of new approaches for the increase of in-house consumption of solar energy (electric energy and heat) of buildings in Großschönau, which are already equipped for such measurements. The existing municipal buildings, commercial buildings and households are aggregated to form virtual building clusters. Subsequently, the clusters were analyzed according to their in-house consumption with and without the usage of batteries and H2 storages. The economic analysis of this concept derives from a regional implementation plan for further industrial research.
School vent cool - Ventilation, cooling and strategies for high performance school renovations
Based on a building typology, strategies for prefabrication for high-quality thermic-energetic renovation of school buildings were developed. New solutions for ventilation systems to achieve good air quality and shading systems were analysed and tested. The "School vent cool" method for renovation of schools has been developed.
INNANET - Practice-oriented concept for implementation of industrial sustainability-networks
On the basis of conventional and recycling-oriented supply-chains and/or -networks a concept for the implementation of industrial sustainability networks will be developed. Together with a taskforce which needs to be founded a pilot implementation will be prepared.
SeasonalGridStorage - Innovative seasonale thermal storages for urban district heating grids
Sensible storages, which are currently used in district heating networks for seasonal storage of excess heat (e.g. from solar thermal or industrial waste heat), exhibit high space demand, investment costs and heat losses. Within this project, concepts for using innovative storage technologies, e.g. thermochemical storages (TCS) having high heat densities and enabling pressure- and lossless storage, were developed and analyzed on a technological, economic and ecological basis. Additionally, the regulatory framework has been evaluated.
Nachhaltige Energieversorgung: Produktion und Import von Biomasse und Biogenen Treibstoffen
Das Projekt bietet einen Überblick über Angebot und Nachfrage von Biokraftstoffen, der spezifisch auf die europäische Situation und die Situation von Schwellen- und Entwicklungsländern anhand von Fallbeispielen eingeht. Fallbeispiele: Schweden und Frankreich als Importländer aus der EU bzw. dem Senegal als (potentielles) Exportland.
PESI - Paradigmenwechsel im urbanen Energiesystem durch Synergiepotentiale mit der Industrie
Analyse der Nutzungsmöglichkeiten industrieller Überschussenergien verschiedener Form (Abwärme, Abwasser, Abfall) sowie regenerativer Energieträger im industriellen Bereich (Solaranlagen auf Dachflächen) in angrenzenden urbanen Gebieten, die als Energieschwamm fungieren. Auf Basis realer Verbrauchs- und Verfügbarkeitsdaten wurde ein Simulationsmodell erstellt und Möglichkeiten zu Synergien dokumentiert.
monitorPlus. Monitoring der Leitprojekte und Demonstrationsbauten aus Haus der Zukunft Plus
Sämtliche Leitprojekte und Demonstrationsbauten aus Haus der Zukunft Plus wurden einem gemeinsamen Monitoring unterzogen. Dabei kam es zur Erfassung der Energieverbrauchsdaten, zur Gebäudebewertung mit TQB und zur Erhebung der Akzeptanz bei NutzerInnen.
Revolutionary, cost efficient bitumen rooftop membrane with integrated photovoltaic modules
The project goal is to adapt the photovoltaic (PV) modules of crystalsol and an appropriately designed production process in order to integrate the flexible photoactive layer cost-effectively into waterproof roof membranes. At the end of the project the first membranes with integrated PV-layers will be produced. The success of this project would lead to enormous cost cutting and technological development advantages in the BIPV technology.
