The RaumCoop organizes the sharing of spaces, mobilizes underutilized spaces for non-residential purposes in the ground floor area, and makes them available for temporary use at affordable conditions. The goal of the project is to establish this non-profit organization.

The Klimagärten³ project is dedicated to the climate-friendly design of gardens and green spaces in Austria. The focus is on activating the previously untapped climate protection potential of private and public gardens. Through research, practical trialling and social networking, ways are shown in which gardens can act as CO₂ sinks and strengthen biodiversity.
PersonAI - User-Centered AI-based energy services built on personal preference models
Conduct a large-scale, long-term study with 40-50 people to create personal comfort profiles to increase comfort in buildings. The personal comfort profiles will then be fed back into the building control system as input variables in a proof-of-concept.
Strengths and weaknesses of the Austrian construction sector in relation to the New European Bauhaus Initiative
In cooperation with Initiative Bauhaus, an Austrian thinktank founded by the Federal Ministry for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology (BMK) and different actors of the building industry like designers, architects, students, companies and the general public, the aim is to create a common strategy for the New European Bauhaus (NEB) initiative in Austria. This report shows best practice examples and further potential for new projects and guidelines in accordance with the goals of the NEB.

Carbon Capture in Austria: Zukünftige F&E-Schwerpunkte angesichts europäischer und weltweiter Trends
Im Projekt wurden bestehende F&E-Aktivitäten im CCUS-Bereich analysiert sowie Vorschläge für zukünftige F&E-Schwerpunkte und FTI-Bedarfe erarbeitet. Die Vorschläge enthalten Maßnahmen in der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette von der Abtrennung und dem Transport bis hin zur Nutzung oder Speicherung des CO2. Darüber hinaus wurden Empfehlungen für Marktdesign, Regulierung, Normen und Weiterentwicklung der Standards in diesem Bereich formuliert.
