ÖKO-OPT-QUART - Economically optimized control and operating mode of complex energy networks of future city districts

In the project ÖKO-OPT-QUART energy-based, economic and control-orientated models will be developed in order to simulate the operating mode of complex, sustainable energy networks in city districts. For an exemplary configuration these models will be combined to an overall model which allows a realistic economic comparison of different control strategies. The final goal of the project is the development of a method for the systematic design of cost-optimized, predictive control strategies for complex energy networks in city districts.

Das Joint Undertaking Bio-based Industries (BBI JU) hat die Ausschreibung 2017 am 11. April 2017 für die Einreichung von Projektanträgen geöffnet. Die Einreichfrist endet am 07. September 2017. Das Budget der Ausschreibung liegt bei 81 Millionen Euro. Darüber hinaus werden zusätzlich mindestens 40 Millionen Euro Sachleistungen durch Industriepartner erwartet.

fit4power2heat - Sondierung zur Realisierung des Wärmepumpenpooling für städtische Wärmenetze

Die Integration von Wärmepumpen kann die Wirtschaftlichkeit bestehender Wärmenetze erhöhen und gleichzeitig den hohen Kosten für den Ausbau der Stromnetze entgegenwirken. Ziel des Projektes ist es, innovative Geschäftsmodelle für kleine und mittlere städtische Wärmenetze zu entwickeln, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Synergien zwischen Wärme- und Strommarkt. Hauptfokus ist die Anwendung eines Wärmepumpen-Poolings über mehrere Wärmenetze.

The integration of heat pumps can increase the cost effectiveness of existing heating networks and counter the high costs for the expansion of power grids at the same time. Aim of the project is to develop innovative business models for small and medium municipal heating networks with focus on synergies between heat and power market. Main focus is a heat pump pooling for several heat grids.

Energieschwamm: Das Gebäude als Energie­schwamm - Strom rein - Wärme raus

Ziel war die Entwicklung und Demonstration in Praxistests von innovativen, dynamischen Regelungskonzepten in Kombination mit (Außenluft-) Wärmepumpen, welche durch Einzelraumregelung mit Überhöhungen bzw. Absenkungen von Raumtemperaturen zu einer bestmöglichen Wärme­speicherung von Strom (PV-Eigenverbrauch bzw. Netz-Überschussstrom) in der Gebäudemasse von Mehrfamilien-Gebäuden bei bestmöglichen aber auch variablen Komfortparametern führen. Wichtige Faktoren und Motivatoren für die Nutzerakzeptanz sollen ermittelt werden, als Basis für die Entwicklung von potentiell erfolgreichen Geschäftsmodellen.

KoPro Lzk+ - Kosten- und Prozessoptimierung im Lebenszyklus von Niedrigst- und Plusenergie­gebäuden

Ziel des Projekts war es, einen durchgängigen Prozess zur energetisch-wirtschaftlichen Optimierung von Null- und Plusenergiegebäuden in allen Planungsphasen vom regionalen Entwicklungskonzept bis zum Rückbau des Gebäudes zu entwickeln, für die planungsbegleitenden Akteure aufzubereiten und online zur Verfügung zu stellen. Neben der Beschreibung des durchgängigen Planungsprozesses werden wichtige Kostenkenngrößen und Einsparpotenziale in einer Datenbank verfügbar gemacht.

KoPro Lzk+ - Cost and process optimization in the life cycle of nearly zero energy buildings

The aim of the project was to develop a continuous process chain for the energetic-economic optimization of zero and plus energy buildings. The project focused on proven and new approaches to cost reduction of nearly zero energy buildings (nZEBs) at all stages of the life cycle. The main goal was to identify the extra-costs for nZEBs, and to promote innovative approaches taking into account the cost-effectiveness for all the Stakeholders. A database containing important cost parameters and potential savings will be developed.
