IÖB-Tool und IÖB-Leitfaden für Erneuerbare Energietechnologien und Gebäude
Mit dem neuen IÖB-Tool und IÖB-Leitfaden für Erneuerbare Energietechnologien und Gebäude, einem praktischen Leitfaden zur Umsetzung innovationsfördernder öffentlicher Beschaffungsvorhaben, stehen zwei weiterentwickelte Instrumente für BeschafferInnen zur Verfügung. Tool und Leitfaden berücksichtigen die Ergebnisse der Vergaberechtsnovelle 2015 und bieten Unterstützung bei der Bewertung innovativer und klimarelevanter Lösungen durch zahlreiche Hinweise und individuell adaptierbare Fragestellungen.
Haus der Zukunft-Demonstrationsgebäude ausgezeichnet
Am 9. Oktober wurde im Rahmen einer Festveranstaltung in der Otto-Wagner Postsparkasse in Wien erstmals der Österreichische Staatspreis für Architektur und Nachhaltigkeit vergeben. Unter den ausgezeichneten Objekten ist auch eine Reihe von Demonstrationsgebäuden, die in der Programmlinie "Haus der Zukunft" gefördert wurden.

Therefore, in order to assist a smooth implementation of the new passive housing technique and begin the corresponding feedback mechanisms, a specific KMU "quality and incentive model" should be launched. The interrelationship of this model is designed with the property developer as well as the user in mind and aims for lasting "behavior modification" in energy and operational expense consumption.
