Monitoring Sunhouse Eferding
In course of the monitoring project the effectiveness of the energy-technical system was checked on the basis of running measuring data. The data were evaluated and, if required, the arrangements and settings of the control system were adapted. Main result is that the energy balance could have been improved explicitly whilst the monitoring process.
EnErGy Plant Weiz - Renewable energy community Business Park Energy Lane and Factory Lane Weiz
Based on the results of the exploratory study project REC-Businesspark, a demonstrator for a "renewable energy community business park" is to be developed in Weiz. The focus is on the development of innovative operating and tariff models for a redox flow storage system that is integrated into a renewable energy community.

Focus of the project was the harmonisation of disclosure reqirements to statistical agencies regarding material and energy consumption, environmental investments and expenditure with the IFAC guidance document on environmental management accounting and the GRI guideline regarding sustainability performance indicators.
GIPV-Balcony-Element
Under the basic principle GIPV as "energy source balcony" this project should help covering a part of the electricity needs from renewable energy. By integrating the already preassembled PV elements into the balcony construction, the elements for the final assembly range up to 4 meters. The aim is to win besides private persons also particularly the gastronomy, especially the hotel sector (in tourist regions) as well as the housing sector (e.g. via architects) as customers.
QB3R – Quality controlled high‐performance components consisting of 100% bio‐based resins with high potential in repair and recycling
The QB3R project aims to develop an epoxy resin system having a 100% bio‐based carbon content. The QB3R resin will be processable with various different manufacturing techniques resulting in high performance components for long‐lasting material goods.

Participatory development of a pilot project at the interface between climate neutrality, affordability and multi-storey wooden housing based on well-founded decision-making bases in terms of renewable materials and renewable energies. The "MehrWertStrom 2030" project analysed the legal, technical, organizational and economic feasibility of PV community joint venture facilities on multi-party buildings including the added value for structurally weak regions and developed innovative solutions related to organization, financing and realization.

An outlook on potential new initiatives and co-creation and matchmaking will be facilitated.
