Um der Herausforderung der globalen Urbanisierung zu begegnen, haben sich NSFC (China) und die JPI Urban Europe auf eine langfristige Kooperation zum strategischen Thema der nachhaltigen Urbanisierung im Kontext von ökonomischer Transformation und Klimawandel geeinigt. Diese Pilotausschreibung ist eine gemeinsame Initiative von neun europäischen Förderagenturen, die an der JPI Urban Europe beteiligt sind, und NSFC in China.

Die 4. Ausschreibung des Forschungs- und Technologieprogramms "Stadt der Zukunft" ist gestartet und wird bis 30. März 2017, 12:00 Uhr, geöffnet sein. METABUILDING – GROW/HARVEST Fördercall & Workshop

To reach the objectives of the Austrian energy- and environmental policy the extension of electric vehicle network and an increase of the share of renewable energies at the energy supply to 34 % (today 15 %) until 2020 are necessary. For the integration of electric vehicles and a higher share of renewable energies, Smart Grids will become a key element for a future energy supply.

The Working Party on Fossil Fuels (WPFF) is the advisory council for the IEA Committee on Energy Research and Technology (CERT) for the field of fossil fuels.

Working Party on Industrial Decarbonisation (WPID)

The aim of the Working Party on Industrial Decarbonisation WPID is to provide a platform with a focus on key aspects towards accelerating industrial decarbonisation. The initial focus area of the WPID will be on definitions related to what constitutes climate friendly production standards in heavy industry and how these standards can support successful decarbonisation policies. Thus WPID is working together with IEA members as well as relevant globale private and public stakeholder and supports the IEA office in reporting, benchmarking and foresight.
