Bau Werk Zukunft - Akupunkturpunkte und Förderstrategien zur Unterstützung nachhaltiger Wirtschaftsweisen im Bau-und Immobiliensektor

Im Rahmen des Forschungsprogrammes "Haus der Zukunft" lotet raum & kommunikation die Entwicklungs- und Innovationspotentiale der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft aus. Wir stützen uns dabei auf Interviews mit den wichtigsten Persönlichkeiten und Opinionleaders der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft. Ergebnisse der Studie sind eine Momentaufnahme des technologischen Standes der Bauwirtschaft, und - daraus resultierend - eine Sammlung von Anhaltspunkten zur Modernisierung dieses volkswirtschaftlich bedeutenden Sektors.

Zur Forcierung innovativer Wohnbauten wurden aktuell verfügbare Forschungsergebnisse zusammengefasst und in einer offensiv angelegten Verbreitungscampagne in die Zielgruppen Gebäudeplaner, Wohnbauträger und ausgewählte Technologieproduzenten transportiert.

Aufbauend auf die im Rahmen der Projekte "solarCity" und "Eco Building" bzw. "Total Quality Bewertung" gemachten Erfahrungen sollen qualitative und quantitative Kriterien für eine nachhaltige Stadtentwicklung bei gleichzeitig optimaler Qualität der Einzelobjekte am Beispiel Großraum Linz entwickelt werden.

Anhand von 12 ausgewählten Wohn- und Bürobauten mit Pilot- und Demonstrationscharakter werden einerseits der Einfluss des Nutzerverhaltens analysiert und Aspekte der Nutzerzufriedenheit und -akzeptanz abgehandelt, andererseits werden diese Projekte nach energetisch - ökologischen Gesichtspunkten untersucht.

Development of a Cost-Benefit-Tool: costs and benefits of energy efficient and ecologic buildings
Development of a cost-benefit-tool which reaches beyond a pure cost approach and also recognizes the benefits of a building for its inhabitants and users. The inclusion of benefits is based on existing evaluation systems, especially on the Austrian building evaluation system TQB - Total Quality Building, which has been revised in 2009.

In order to actively increase the diffusion of innovative residential buildings, the results of currently available research were summarised to produce a "'diffusion campaign", directed at building planners, residential building contractors and selected technology producers.

The passive house standard and energy-efficient building technologies are getting increasingly important for office buildings, too. However, standardisation is not completed on the same level as known from the residential building sector. The project at hand brings in definitions and makes a suggestion on a standardised calculation method for office buildings in passive house quality.
