Thermisch-optimierte leiterplattenlose Elektronikbaugruppen-Technologie (TOLLE-Tech)

Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung neuartiger Dünnschicht-Hybridsysteme als Ersatz für konventionelle Leiterplatten-Technologie. Mit deren Hilfe soll eine Verbesserung der Wärmeableitung in thermisch kritischen Elektronik-Baugruppen wie Hochleistungs-LEDs erreicht werden.

IEA SHC Task 33: Solare Prozesswärme für industrielle und gewerbliche Anwendungen

Um industrielle Prozesswärme für solarthermische Systeme zu erschließen, werden Potenzialstudien erstellt, Mitteltemperaturkollektoren zur Erzeugung von Prozesswärme bis zu einem Temperaturniveau von 250°C entwickelt, sowie systemtechnischen Lösungen zur Integration von Solarwärme in industrielle Prozesse untersucht. Darüber hinaus sollen im Rahmen dieser internationalen Kooperation in Zusammenarbeit mit der Solarindustrie Demonstrationsprojekte realisiert und die Prozessdaten messtechnisch erfasst und ausgewertet werden. Der rasche Know-how Transfer zur Wirtschaft erfolgt durch einen jährlichen Industrie Newsletter und die Durchführung von Fachtagungen.
