Maisgranulat zur Immobilisierung von Lipasen
Das Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung einer neuen Methode zur Herstellung von Biodiesel und ähnlicher Verbindungen. Durch heterogene, enzymatische Katalyse ist es möglich, die Nachteile der herkömmlichen Biodieselproduktion auszuschließen. Lipasen werden, um das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Prozesses zu verbessern, auf unlöslichem Trägermaterial immobilisiert. Als neues Trägermaterial wird der kostengünstige und leicht zugängliche nachwachsende Rohstoff Maiskolbengranulat verwendet. Das Ziel des Projektes ist es, ein ökonomisches, gut funktionierendes, industriell anwendbares Verfahren für die Produktion von Estern niederer und höherer Alkohole zu entwickeln.

In RISP wird ein Prozessmodell für den Entwicklungsprozess von Produktdienstleistungen entwickelt. Dieses besteht aus sieben Stufen und so genannten "Toren" zwischen den Stufen. Die Fragen, die an den Toren vor dem Eintritt in die nächste Stufe beantwortet werden müssen, werden aus einer Failure Mode and Effect Analyse der einzelnen Stufen abgeleitet.

The sustainable hospital. Dissemination.
Following two successful "Fabrik der Zukunft" projects on the theme of sustainable hospitals ("Feasibility study" 2004-2005 and "Testing in a pilot hospital" 2006-2008) the results and key findings were disseminated by a diversified dissemination strategy. The project was based on an intensive and successful more than four-year cross-disciplinary cooperation involving the pilot hospital (SMZ Otto Wagner Spital), the Viennese Hospital Association, the Immanuel Diakonie Group (Berlin) and an interdisciplinary team of researchers.
