Partizipative Entwicklung eines Pilotprojekts an der Schnittstelle zwischen Klimaneutralität, Leistbarkeit und mehrgeschoßigem Holz-Wohnbau anhand fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen hinsichtlich nachwachsender Materialien und regenerativen Energien. Ergebnisse sind ein klimaneutrales Leuchtturm-Projekt und die Verbreitung von Wissen zu Klimaneutralität an ein größeres Publikum.

The result is a multipliable carbon neutral building and the dissemination of carbon neutrality know-how to a larger audience.

RCC – Reduced Carbon Concrete: Implementierung von CO2-reduzierten Betonen auf der Baustelle
Die Ziele des vorliegenden Projekts „RCC – Reduced Carbon Concrete“ war es, das aktuelle Wissen um die temperaturabhängigen Aushärtungsverläufe der Performancebetone durch Betonarbeiten an großen Bauteilen auf der Baustelle, unter sommerlichen und winterlichen Bedingungen, sowie in der Fertigteilproduktion zu erproben. Die Ergebnisse fließen in die Baupraxis und die Normungsarbeit ein.
RCC – Reduced Carbon Concrete: Implementation of CO2-redudes concrete in construction sites
The objectives of the present project "RCC - Reduced Carbon Concrete" were to test the current knowledge about the temperature-dependent curing processes of performance concretes by concrete work on large components on the construction site, under summer and winter conditions, and in precast production. The results will be incorporated into construction practice and standardization work.
INNERGY - Real laboratory in the central Inn-valley for climate-neutral semi-urban areas
Sustainable energy supply solutions for existing quarters and industry had been surveyed holistically and cross-sectorally in a small-structured area, consequently pilot projects had been elaborated with the aim to build up a climate-neutral region.
ASAP Ausschreibung 2023
Im Rahmen des Österreichischen Weltraumprogramms ASAP stehen für die Ausschreibung 2023 ca. 10,5 Millionen Euro zur Verfügung. Davon sind ca. 3,7 Millionen Euro der Energiewende, Mobilitätswende und Kreislaufwirtschaft zugeordnet, womit ein bedeutsamer Beitrag zum Klimaschutz geleistet werden soll.

EnergyCityConcepts (ECC) - Methoden- und Konzeptentwicklung zur Implementierung nachhaltiger Energiesysteme in Städten am Beispiel von Gleisdorf und Salzburg
Im gegenständlichen Projektvorhaben werden anhand zweier konkreter Modellregionen (Kleinstadt Gleisdorf und urbanes Stadtquartier Salzburg-Schallmoos) neue methodische Herangehensweisen (interdisziplinäre Energieraumplanung, Modellbildung und Simulation) entwickelt und erprobt. Die beiden Modellregionen verbindet dabei das ambitionierte politische Bekenntnis zu einer 100 % erneuerbaren bzw. CO2-neutralen Energieversorgung.
ECC – EnergyCityConcepts – Development of a methodology and concept for the implementation of sustainable energy systems in cities by the example of Gleisdorf and Salzburg
In the context of this project two concrete model regions (small city Gleisdorf and urban city quarter Salzburg-Schallmoos) will be developed and tested with new methodical approaches (interdisciplinary urban and regional energy planning, modeling and simulation). An ambitious political commitment of both model regions is a 100% renewable or rather CO2-neutral energy supply.
Green and Resilient City - Management and planning tools for a climate-sensitive urban development
The aim of the project was to provide a "proof of concept" of a control loop and tool set for the management, optimization and evaluation of green and climate-sensitive urban (district) planning- The tool set consist of urban and open space planning instruments as well as climate simulations at different scale levels.
Storage Cascade MZ: Storage cascade system to establish urban PLUS energy systems on the example of the city of Mürzzuschlag
In the "Storage Cascade MZ" project, battery storage systems are implemented on different grid levels in the city of Mürzzuschlag, whose measurement data enable an integrated grid monitoring and create the basis for a future expansion of the nominal power of photovoltaic (pv) systems.
WOHNEN 4.0 - Digitale Plattform für leistbares Wohnen
Im vorliegenden Forschungsvorhaben wurde das Rahmenwerk für die digitale Plattform "Wohnen 4.0" entwickelt, welche durch eine Parameter-Datenbank und Koppelung digitaler Werkzeuge die integrale Projektabwicklung unterstützt. Der Fokus lag dabei auf der Entwicklung und Nutzung von BIM-Objektbibliotheken für die modulare Off-Site Produktion im Geschoßwohnbau. Erstmalig wurden auch Nutzer:innen beteiligt und dadurch der zunehmend wichtiger werdende Aspekt der Partizipation integriert.
MUFUWU Stadtbaum - Entwicklung, Evaluierung von multifunktionalen Stadtbaumstandorten in Bestandsstraßen. Wurzelraum, Retention, Mikroklima
Angewandte Forschung und Entwicklung eines baulichen Prinzips im Straßenbau, das eine Etablierung großkroniger Straßenbäume erlaubt und speziell auf die lokalen Bedingungen hinsichtlich meteorologischer, geologischer sowie klimatischer Besonderheiten angepasst ist. Aus den Ergebnissen wird eine Standardbauweise in dicht verbauten Bestandsstädten abgeleitet.
VisErgyControl - Integrale Tages- und Kunstlichtsteuerung für hohen visuellen und melanopischen Komfort bei hoher Primärenergieeffizienz
In VisErgyControl wurde eine integrale simulationsgestützte Tages- und Kunstlichtsteuerung entwickelt. Diese geht insbesondere auf die visuellen und melanopischen Bedürfnisse der NutzerInnen (biologische Wirksamkeit von Tages- u.- Kunstlicht) ein und soll gleichzeitig den Heiz- und Kühlbedarf des Gebäudes minimieren.
VisErgyControl - Integral control system for daylight and artificial lighting for high visual and melanopic comfort with minimized primary energy consumption
Within the project VisErgyControl an integral, simulation-based, energy-efficient open loop daylight and artificial lighting control system had been developed. The research project focuses on the visual and melanopic requirements of users while minimizing the energy consumption for heating and cooling.
