Ganzheitlicher Ansatz zur Verbreitung des ökologisierten Passivhauses: Passivhausdorf zum PROBEwohnen® mit einem Kompetenzzentrum für Bauen und Energie basierend auf einem nachhaltigen Siedlungsentwicklungskonzept in Großschönau.
Multi-Aktiv-Fassade
Demonstriert wurde eine multifunktionale Fassade mit integrierter Lüftungsanlage mit Wärmerückgewinnung, Passivhausfenster und Photovoltaik für die smarte Eigenversorgung als vorgefertigter Baustein für die Gebäuderenovierung. Besondere Herausforderung und Chance ist die Demonstration im sozialen Wohnbau.
Klimaneutrale Gründerzeithäuser - Wege, Potenziale und Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten
Erarbeitung kosteneffizienter und energiesparender Lösungen zur Nutzung von Gründerzeitgebäuden unter Berücksichtigung ihrer bauphysikalischen Eigenschaften sowie der Denkmalschutzvorschriften. Der Fokus lag auf ganzheitlicher Sanierung der Gebäudehülle und der Gebäudetechnik, um einen zeitgemäßen Nutzungskomfort der Gebäude zu erreichen.

Beim Passivwohnbau Utendorfgasse wurden extrem günstige Baukosten erreicht. Würden sich die Baukosten im Falle einer Ausführung mit ökologischen Materialien verändern? Anhand des Ökologischen Bauteilkatalogs und eigener Kostenkennwerten ähnlich großer Projekte werden die Mehr/Minderkosten ermittelt.

Das Projekt verfolgt das Ziel der hocheffizienten Sanierung von bestehenden Gebäuden und Siedlungen im urbanen Raum. Zentraler Fokus sind Gebäude, die zwischen 1950 und 1980 errichtet wurden.

The project demonstrates the application of a solar active facade system in the course of the renovation of an existing building in order to achieve the plus-energy standard. Moreover, the effectiveness of the system will be demonstrated on new buildings and transparent components as well. The final outcome will be a manual for the application and implementation of the façade system focusing on the segment of specialists and skilled labour.
Sol2Pump - High efficient combination of solar thermal plants, photovoltaic and heat pumps
Targeting a high level of decentralised energy supply on basis of renewable energy, the project analysed the possible combinations of solar thermal energy, photovoltaic and heat pumps. The project aimed to maximise the domestic energy supply due to utilisation of the building as short term energy storage. In addition to that, several optimisation measures had been developed. The impact on the energy supply and demand will be economically assessed through life cycle costing. On this basis, the potential load transfer and the use of this kind of systems had been evaluated in combination with smart grids.
