Grundlage für die Wiederverwendung (Re-Use) von Bauteilen ist deren Risikobewertung und Versicherbarkeit. Dazu sollen die Eigenschaften der Bauteile noch vor dem Ausbau aus dem Spendergebäude untersucht werden. ReAssuRe identifiziert geeignete vor-Ort Prüfprozeduren und baut Know-How sowie ein Netzwerk für die Qualitätssicherung von Re-Use Bauteilen auf.
ResourceRevival - Quartiersentwicklung vom Industriestandort zur Ressourcenneutralität in Möllersdorf
Die Wiederverwendung von Bauelementen ist ein viel diskutiertes Thema, doch ein wirklich kreislauffähiges Quartier umfasst deutlich mehr. Durch die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen einer co-kreativen Konzeptentwicklung am Standort Werk Möllersdorf werden bisher separat betrachtete Aspekte der Kreislaufwirtschaft vereint, Symbiosen zwischen Bedarf und Verfügbarkeit von Materialien, Energie, Regen- und Grauwasser identifiziert und deren Kreislaufführung maximiert.

Salzburg:KanS aligns the vision and climate protection goals of the city of Salzburg with the climate neutrality targets of the province and estimates the sector-specific CO2 reduction contributions until 2030. Based on these contributions, the project develops implementation strategies for the entire city as well as the focus areas of “climate-neutral mobility” and “climate-neutral neighborhoods”.

The Ministry of Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology (BMK) supports these nine cities in building up knowledge about climate neutrality and in improving and developing strategies for implementation measures through a targeted funding scheme.

With the mission "Climate Neutral City", the BMK has set a focus that will enable Austrian cities and municipalities to implement the climate & energy targets.
