Ecologically friendly resin impregnation of rotating machines with the use of the joule effect
Windings of rotating machines or electrical generators (e. g. wind and water power generators) are impregnated with resin. A new technology using the heating effect of current is investigated. The high efficiency of heating with the joule effect results in quick heating of stator leading to fast gelling of the resin, which implies low emission.

"gugler! build & print triple zero" - subproject 9: Monitoring Gugler - Monitoring, evaluation, optimization GUGLER
The project objective is the measurement of relevant building values (energy consumption, ...), the evaluation of these values compared with the intended objectives and the optimization of the system based on the measured data. As a special innovation, monitoring the storage of alternatively generated electricity using photovoltaic and wind energy in the form of compressed air must be considered.
Construction of a local biogas grid in Güssing - Technical and economical concept for the implementation
Decentralized energy supply systems are a very important contribution for the use of regional potentials as these technical solutions are always fitted to specific conditions. Local biogas grids should complement already existing technologies and be analyzed accordingly.
