sustAIn4Build – KI-Kompetenz für nachhaltiges Gebäudemanagement in klimaneutralen Städten

Das Projekt sustAIn4Build zielt darauf ab, die Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit im Gebäude­techniksektor durch den gezielten Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) zu steigern. Durch branchenspezifische Weiterbildungs­maßnahmen werden öster­reichische Unternehmen befähigt, KI-Technologien effektiv in ihre Prozesse zu integrieren, um ressourcenschonende, kosteneffiziente und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln. Dies stärkt deren Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und trägt zur Erreichung der europäischen Dekarbonisierungsziele bei.

InSite - Monitoring und Evaluierung von innovativen Demonstrationsgebäuden

In den Programmen "Stadt der Zukunft" und "Smart City Initiative" wurden in den vergangenen Jahren eine Vielzahl an Demonstrationsprojekten umgesetzt. Um die entwickelten Innovationen in einheitlicher und vergleichbarer Form bewerten zu können und die gewonnen Erkenntnisse für Umsetzer:innen zugänglich zu machen, werden in InSite 10 ausgewählte Objekte dieser Programme über 24 Monate einem energetischen und ökologischen Monitoring sowie sozialwissenschaftlichen Befragungen unterzogen. Die interpretierten Ergebnisse liegen als publizierte Studie sowie als interaktive Online-Plattform vor und sind öffentlich zugänglich.

LenA circular houses - Demonstration des circular architecture design process für zirkuläres und reuse Bauen anhand des Leuchtturmprojekts LenA

Das Hauptziel ist die Erforschung und Demonstration der positiven Klimawirkung durch Wiederverwendung in der Bauindustrie. Durch diesen (Wieder-)Einsatz von Bauteilen, -produkten und stoffgruppen lassen sich große Anteile der, durch die Baubranche entstehenden, Emissionen vermeiden und zur angestrebten Klimaneutralität beitragen. Ein weiterer Aspekt betrifft die Verbindungen der Bauteile so zu gestalten, dass diese rückbau- und wiederverwendbar sind.

Analysis and evaluation of structural additional costs for passive house projects

ThinkHome: Improved energy efficiency based on artificial intelligence in future homes

ThinkHome is a networked controlled home of the future with the ultimate goal to optimise energy efficiency and user comfort at the same time. On this way, smart interaction between all building services is of utmost importance. Goals of this project include the definition of a comprehensive knowledge base that holds all relevant building data, the evaluation of control strategies based on artificial intelligence and machine learning, as well as agent based software engineering.
