Ziel dieses Projektes ist es, die bereits bestehenden Ausbildungen in den Bereichen Biomasse, Solarwärme, Photovoltaik, Wärmepumpe und Lüftung zu erfassen, zu evaluieren und bei Bedarf zu adaptieren sowie neue Ausbildungen zu definieren. Damit sollen die Grundlagen geschaffen werden dem absehbaren Fachkräftemangel in diesem Bereich entgegenzuwirken und zugleich die Qualität der umgesetzten Projekte zu erhöhen.
