Das neue Bürogebäude der Firma Windkraft Simonsfeld AG in Ernstbrunn soll - ausgehend von einer Plusenergiehaus-Planung - in sieben Schritten über eine positive Energiebilanz hinaus zu einem Demonstrationsgebäude weiterentwickelt werden.
Energiepaket Kolpinghaus / Eco-Suite Hotel
Das Kolpinghaus Salzburg, ein Jugendwohnheim und Sommerhotel, wurde um das Eco-Suite Hotel erweitert. Der Energieeinsatz im Erweiterungsbau wird mittels hoch effizienter Komponenten (wie LED-Beleuchtung) minimiert, vor Ort verfügbare Energiequellen – Abwasserabwärme und Sonnenlicht – werden genutzt und zur Abnahme der Plus -Energie-Wärme ein Vor-Ort-Energiesystem geschaffen. Für die Gäste des Hotels wird das Leben in einem Plusenergiegebäude erlebbar.
LINE-FEED - Plug-in Photovoltaik-Speicher für die Steckdose
Im Projekt LINE-FEED wurden Technologien entwickelt, die für einen Photovoltaik-Speicher benötigt werden, der von jedem Laien an einer gewöhnlichen Steckdose angeschlossen werden kann. Ziel war die Entwicklung eines Speichersystems für Haushalte in urbanen Räumen, welche selbst keine Möglichkeit der Installation einer Photovoltaikanlage haben.

The project LINE-FEED developed technologies that are required for a photovoltaic storage system which can be installed by anybody by simply plugging it into a wall socket. The aim was to create a storage system for households in urban areas that do not have the possibility to install a photovoltaic system themselves.

Solare Adsorptionskühlung von Wohn- und Bürogebäuden (SunSorber)
Im vorliegendem Projekt wird ein Ad-/Desorber für eine solarbetriebene/fernwärmebetriebene einstufige Adsorptionskältemaschine mit dem Kältemittel Wasser und Adsorptionsmittel Silicagel für den kleinen Leistungsbereich (2 bis 50 kW Kälteleistung) konzipiert und in Form einer Versuchs-/Pilotanlage realisiert werden. Dieses Stoffpaar stellt somit eine Alternative für den Ausstieg der zur Zeit verwendeten HFCKW's Kältemittel dar.
