Open Living Plus - Grundlagen und Szenarien für zeitgemäßen Wohnbau in Gemeinden und Kleinstädten
In ländlichen Gemeinden besteht ein hoher Bedarf an nachhaltigem Bauen und an der Schaffung von innovativen Wohnformen. Das Projekt befasste sich mit der Entwicklung und Gestaltung von Baustrukturen und Nutzungsvarianten für Häuser und Siedlungen, die den neuen Wohnbedürfnissen und Anforderungen an sozialer Integration in den Kernzonen von ländlichen Gemeinden entsprechen.

In diesem Projekt wurden innovative Gebäudestandards hinsichtlich ihrer betriebswirtschaftlichen Aspekte über den Gebäudelebenszyklus untersucht. Anhand von Lebenszykluskostenberechnungen für 40-50 großvolumige Niedrigstenergie- und Passivwohnhäuser basierend auf IST-Daten aus dem laufenden Betrieb wurden erstmals belastbare Grundlagen erarbeitet, die die weitere Marktdurchdringung von innovativen Baustandards im Bereich großvolumiger Wohngebäude wesentlich unterstützen sollen.
