Die Ergebnisse dienen als Grundlage für Neuentwicklungen in der Fenster- und Verschattungstechnik, um sommerlichen wie winterlichen Wärmeschutz bei gleichzeitiger Gewährleistung einer ganzjährigen ausreichenden natürlichen Belichtung sicherzustellen.
Plus Energie Melk - Pfad für die Realisierung von Plus-Energie-Arealen in Melk
Die Stadt Melk hat sich als Ziel gesetzt, eine Vorreiterrolle im Bereich erneuerbare Energieversorgung und Klimaschutz einzunehmen. Dabei wird in einer Initiative angestrebt, Plus-Energie Areale umzusetzen. In zwei Stadtentwicklungsprojekten wird geprüft, unter welchen Rahmenbedingungen, technischen und organisatorischen Lösungen Plus-Energie Areale realisierbar sind. Ein proaktiver Beteiligungsprozess zielt darauf ab, Bauherrn und Investoren sowie andere Stakeholder von der Realisierung der Plus-Energie Konzepte zu informieren.
Cool Windows - Windows with shading optimising the trade-off between summery overheating, wintery heat protection and adequate illumination
Windows with their associated components such as sun and glare protection are optimised as a holistic building equipment unit regarding different seasonal requirements in light of the climate crisis. The results serve as a basis for new developments in the window and shading technology in order to provide summery and wintery heat protection as well as adequate natural illumination over the year.
Plus-Energy-Campus - Energy-flexible Positive Energy District with "Living Lab"
The project explored paths to a sustainable, future-proof Positive Energy-District (PED) in the area surrounding the location of the University of Applied Sciences Vienna (FH-Technikum Wien). The feasibility of a new university building as a Plus-Energy teaching building had been examined in detail to prepare its implementation. Central innovation contents are the energetic flexibilization of the new building and the quarter as well as the conception of the Plus-Energy building as a "Living Lab".
SYSPEQ - Systemische Lösung zum Betrieb von Plusenergiequartieren
Vollumfängliche Planungskonzepte für Plusenergiequartiere (PEQs) und deren Betrieb als Energiegemeinschaft. Der Fokus liegt auf der Umsetzung im Bestandsbau, insbesondere im Bereich des sozialen/gemeinnützigen Wohnbaus. Finanzierungsoptionen von erneuerbaren Erzeugungsanlagen, Planung und Betrieb eines PEQs (speziell als EG), Vermarktungsmöglichkeiten des Überschussstroms sowie Entwicklung einer Informations- und Vernetzungsplattform sind Teil dieses Projektes. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die praktische Umsetzung eines PEQs und der Betrieb als EG im Demonstrationsquartier Fuchsenloch der Sozialbau.
SYSPEQ - Systemische Lösung zum Betrieb von Plusenergiequartieren
Full-scale planning concepts for positive energy districts (PEDs) and their operation as energy communities (ECs). The focus is on the implementation in the existing building stock, especially in the area of social/non-profit housing. Financing options for renewable generation units, planning and operation of a PED (especially as an EC), marketing opportunities for surplus electricity and the development of an information and networking platform are part of this project. A special highlight is the practical proof-of-concept in Fuchsenloch, which is a social housing quarter of Sozialbau.
Villab - Sondierung eines Villacher Innovationslabors zur kooperativen Entwicklung von nachhaltigen Quartieren
Das Projekt „Villab - Sondierung“ dient der Überprüfung der Machbarkeit eines urbanen Innovationslabors zur Beschleunigung der Transformation Villacher Quartiere in Richtung Klimaneutralität. Die positive Machbarkeit vorausgesetzt, werden die Kooperationen mit relevanten Stakeholdern vertieft und ein Businessplan für ein künftiges Innovationslabor erstellt.
Villab – Exploration of a Villach innovation laboratory for the cooperative development of sustainable neighbourhoods
The "Villab - Probe" project serves to check the feasibility of an urban innovation laboratory to accelerate the transformation of Villach districts towards climate neutrality. Assuming positive feasibility, the cooperation with relevant stakeholders will be deepened and a business plan drawn up for a future innovation laboratory.
vilFIT – Villach Fit 4 Urban Mission
In diesem Projekt werden Maßnahmen, Strategien und der notwendige Kapazitätsaufbau für die Erreichung der Klimaneutralität der Stadt Villach vorangetrieben. Im Vordergrund stehen soziale und strukturelle Innovationen (Partizipationsprozesse, Entwicklung von Pilotinitiativen, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, etc.) sowie die Definition von Netzwerken und Strukturen bzw. Controlling- und Monitoring-Instrumenten.
vilFIT – Villach Fit 4 Urban Mission
In this project, measures, strategies and the necessary capacity building for achieving climate neutrality in the city of Villach will be advanced. The focus is on social and structural innovations (participation processes, development of pilot initiatives, public relations, etc.) as well as the definition of networks and structures or controlling and monitoring instruments.
Anergy2Plus - Demonstration und Ausbau eines Anergienetzes als Teil eines ganzheitlichen Energiekonzeptes und Plusenergiequartiers
Das übergeordnete Ziel im Projekt ist, dass ein gesamtheitlicher Ansatz bei der Auslegung, dem Bau und letztendlich in der Nutzung des Wohnquartiers im Rahmen der Energieversorgung verfolgt und demonstriert werden soll. Besonders im Bereich der thermischen Energieversorgung soll durch die Demonstration des innovativen Versorgungskonzeptes auf Basis eines Anergienetzes ein Projekt mit Leuchtturmcharakter auf dem Weg zum Plusenergiequartier geschaffen werden.

The overall objective of the project is to pursue and demonstrate a holistic approach to the design, construction and ultimately the use of the residential quarter in the context of energy supply. Especially in the area of thermal energy supply, a project with lighthouse character on the way to a plus-energy quarter is to be created by demonstrating the innovative supply concept based on an anergy network.

Im Zuge des Projekts erfolgte die Konzeptionierung eines Zero-Emission- bzw. Plus-Energie-Gewerbeparks in Weiz mit Fokus auf Photovoltaik und Brennstoffzelle in Kombination mit einer Erneuerbaren Energiegemeinschaft (E-EGe). REC-Businesspark - Investigation of the first Austrian renewable energy community business and industrial park
In the course of the project, the conceptual design of a zero-emission or plus-energy business park in Weiz with a focus on photovoltaics and fuel cells in combination with a Renewable Energy Community (E-EGe) had been carried out. By establishing the park on a "greenfield", all structures can be created according to the requirements of the E-EGe.

In this context, an initiative aimed at implementing Positive Energy Districts. Two urban development projects are currently underway to examine under which framework conditions, technical and organisational solutions Positive Energy Districts can be realised. A proactive participation process aims at informing developers and investors as well as other stakeholders about the realization of PlusEnergy concepts.
Plus-Energie-Campus - Energieflexibler Plus-Energie-Campus mit Living Lab
Im Projekt Plus-Energie-Campus wurden Wege zu einem nachhaltigen, zukunftssicheren Plusenergie-Quartier (PED) im Umfeld des Standorts der Fachhochschule Technikum Wien untersucht. Dabei wurde die Machbarkeit eines neuen Universitätsgebäudes als Plusenergie-Lehrgebäude im Detail untersucht und dessen Umsetzung vorbereitet. Zentrale Innovationsinhalte sind die energetische Flexibilisierung des Neubaus und des Quartiers sowie die Konzeption des Plusenergiehauses als "Living Lab".
plusenergy-FLAGSHIP: Plusenergie-Bürogebäude 2.0 - die viadonau Unternehmenszentrale
Für die neue Unternehmenszentrale der viadonau (via donau - Österreichische Wasserstraßen-Gesellschaft m.b.H.) sollen im Zuge des gegenständlichen Projekts verschiedene Innovationen in Richtung eines „Plus-Energie Standard 2.0“ umgesetzt und in einem Gesamtkonzept vereint werden.
