ABC - DisposaL - Assessment of Building and Construction - Disposal LCA Indicators for the disposal performance of construction
A framework of assessment for the disposal of building materials, constructions and buildings will be developed. The results will be included in the OI3-indicator and in the building assessment tool Total Quality Building. Demonstration projects of the programme Building of Tomorrow will be assessed with the new method.

Das Demonstrationsprojekt Universität Innsbruck, Fakultät für Bauingenieurwesen, ist Teil des Leitprojekts BIGMODERN und zeigt, dass es möglich ist, im Bundesimmobilienbestand anspruchsvolle Nachhaltigkeits- und Energieeffizienzziele mit ökonomisch tragfähigen Gesamtlösungen umzusetzen.

Anhand des konkreten Bauvorhabens in der Giefinggasse 4 in Wien wurde die Verbindung neuer, innovativer Strategien und Technologien zu einem ganzheitlichen, ressourcenschonenden Plusenergiegebäude mit hoher Signal- und Multiplikationswirkung auf ihre Durchführbarkeit untersucht. Es wurde dabei auch ein regionaler, energetischer Verbund zwischen den Gebäuden TECHbase, ENERGYbase und dem Klima-Windkanal in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft geschaffen.
Connection of innovative strategies and technologies to a holistic, resources-friendly plus energy building (FUTUREbase)
On the basis of a construction project in Giefinggasse 4 in Vienna the combination of new, innovative strategies and technologies to an integrated, resources conserving plus energy building with high signaling and multiplication effect had been tested for feasibility. A regional, energetical bond between the buildings TECHbase, ENERGYbase and the Klima-Windkanal had been developed.
