In diesem Projekt werden Maßnahmen, Strategien und der notwendige Kapazitätsaufbau für die Erreichung der Klimaneutralität der Stadt Villach vorangetrieben. Im Vordergrund stehen soziale und strukturelle Innovationen (Partizipationsprozesse, Entwicklung von Pilotinitiativen, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, etc.) sowie die Definition von Netzwerken und Strukturen bzw. Controlling- und Monitoring-Instrumenten.

Anergy2Plus - Demonstration und Ausbau eines Anergienetzes als Teil eines ganzheitlichen Energiekonzeptes und Plusenergiequartiers
Das übergeordnete Ziel im Projekt ist, dass ein gesamtheitlicher Ansatz bei der Auslegung, dem Bau und letztendlich in der Nutzung des Wohnquartiers im Rahmen der Energieversorgung verfolgt und demonstriert werden soll. Besonders im Bereich der thermischen Energieversorgung soll durch die Demonstration des innovativen Versorgungskonzeptes auf Basis eines Anergienetzes ein Projekt mit Leuchtturmcharakter auf dem Weg zum Plusenergiequartier geschaffen werden.
Anergy2Plus - Demonstration and expansion of an anergy network as part of a holistic energy concept and plus energy quarter
The overall objective of the project is to pursue and demonstrate a holistic approach to the design, construction and ultimately the use of the residential quarter in the context of energy supply. Especially in the area of thermal energy supply, a project with lighthouse character on the way to a plus-energy quarter is to be created by demonstrating the innovative supply concept based on an anergy network.
Energy-Sponge: The Building as an Energy-Sponge - Electricity In - Heat Out
Innovative, dynamic control concepts had been developed which enable (air) heat pumps in combination with PV- or renewable grid electricity to use the building mass of a multi-familiy house as heat storage. User acceptance had been evaluated and possible business models had been developed.

Im Projekt NETSE werden Grundlagen für die Etablierung von Erneuerbaren Energiegemeinschaften entwickelt. Dies umfassen die Ausstattung von relevanten technischen Einheiten mit geeigneten Schnittstellen, die Entwicklung einer Datenplattform für die Abwicklung von Aufgaben im Zuge des Betriebs von Energiegemeinschaften, die Entwicklung eines Tools zur Optimierung der technischen Spezifikationen sowie den Betrieb einer Energiegemeinschaft.
NETSE - User orientated development of technologies and services for energy communities
In the NETSE project the basics for the implementation of energy communities are developed. This includes the relevant technical equipment and interfaces, the development of a platform for the operation of an energy community as well as tools for the optimization of the technical setup and the operation of energy communities.
INReS - Integration nachhaltiger Regenwassermanagement-Tools in die Planungs- Ausführungs- und Bewirtschaftungs-Software (BIM)
Sondierung zur Vorbereitung und Bewertung der Anwendbarkeit einer interaktiven Webanwendung zur Empfehlung geeigneter Maßnahmen im Umgang mit Regenwasser im Bestand sowie bei Neubauten, die erstens eine BIM-Kompatibilität für die objekt-bezogene Umsetzung zulässt und zweitens eine vereinfachte Anwendung in Form der Regenwasser-Toolbox ermöglicht.

Stanz+ arbeitet an der Umsetzung einer Energiestrategie für strukturschwache Gemeinden mit konkreten Maßnahmen zur Revitalisierung und Nachverdichtung im Gebäudebestand sowie der Integration erneuerbarer Energieträger am Beispiel der Gemeinde Stanz im Mürztal (Obersteiermark). Das Projekt beinhaltet multiplizierbare Ansätze in Richtung Energieautonomie, hybride Nutzung von Energienetzen zur Flexibilisierung und energetisch gedachte Dorfkernbelebung unter Einbeziehung der NutzerInnen in die „Rural Pioneers Community“ zur Nutzung von Energiedienstleistungen.
Stanz+ - An innovative, energy-flexible plus-energy district - the centre of the village Stanz
Stanz+ is working on the implementation of an energy strategy for structurally weak municipalities with specific measures for revitalisation and re-densification in the building stock as well as the integration of renewable energy sources in the municipality of Stanz im Mürztal (Styria). The project includes multipliable approaches towards energy autonomy, hybrid use of energy networks for flexible usage and an energetic revitalisation of the village centre with the involvement of users in the "Rural Pioneers Community" for the usage of energy services.
Villab – Exploration of a Villach innovation laboratory for the cooperative development of sustainable neighbourhoods
The "Villab - Probe" project serves to check the feasibility of an urban innovation laboratory to accelerate the transformation of Villach districts towards climate neutrality. Assuming positive feasibility, the cooperation with relevant stakeholders will be deepened and a business plan drawn up for a future innovation laboratory.
SYSPEQ - Systemische Lösung zum Betrieb von Plusenergiequartieren
Vollumfängliche Planungskonzepte für Plusenergiequartiere (PEQs) und deren Betrieb als Energiegemeinschaft. Der Fokus liegt auf der Umsetzung im Bestandsbau, insbesondere im Bereich des sozialen/gemeinnützigen Wohnbaus. Finanzierungsoptionen von erneuerbaren Erzeugungsanlagen, Planung und Betrieb eines PEQs (speziell als EG), Vermarktungsmöglichkeiten des Überschussstroms sowie Entwicklung einer Informations- und Vernetzungsplattform sind Teil dieses Projektes. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die praktische Umsetzung eines PEQs und der Betrieb als EG im Demonstrationsquartier Fuchsenloch der Sozialbau.
