Mit den Projekterkenntnissen wird es in Zukunft leichter sein, im urbanen Bereich die Nutzung erneuerbarer Energieträger ökologisch und ökonomisch sinnvoll zu planen.

Im Projekt werden biogene Baumaterialien aus Holzindustrie-Abfällen und Geopolymer-Bindemitteln entwickelt, die als Stampf-Schüttung oder 3D-gedruckte Trockenestrichelemente im Holzbau verwendet werden können. Diese Materialien bieten funktionale Vorteile und eine hervorragende Ökobilanz, tragen zur Schonung der Wälder bei und ermöglichen durch digitale Fertigungstechnologien die Herstellung trenn- und wiederverwendbarer Fußbodensegmentplatten. Dadurch wird der Verbrauch von Primärrohstoffen signifikant reduziert.
