Summary

The contents and the aims of the pilot project were not changed since the project proposal, the general tasks of the lead project management are continued like in the first year.

The lead project management provides furthermore for sufficient interlinking between the project partners by monthly, by requirement weekly project workshops.

Besides the leading project management represents the project gugler to the outward and takes part in workshops of the program management.

In the 2. year of the lead project management were scheduled the commissioning of the general planning, essential contents of the planning as well as a substantial processing of the sub-projects 4, 5, 6 and 7.

Subproject 1b and 6 were finished, subproject 8 (demo building) and 10 (dissemination) were submitted on 3/23/2012 and will begin in May, 2012.

Changes in the schedule of the planning process require the adaptation of the subprojects to the new schedule. This concerns specifically subproject 5 ecoeffective building, subproject 7 general planning and subproject 9 monitoring.

The project management consists of project control and project management. The lead project management (delegated or directly exercised owners decisions) is divided into 2 parts: Project management R (research, subproject 2, 3, 4 ,5 ,6 ,9, 10) to represent the client BMVIT is done by pos architects (Ursula Schneider) , decision information, and coordination with gugler cross media.

Project management D (Demo project subproject 7 and 8) is perceived by Gugler GesmbH, Ernst Gugler and Roland Dunzendorfer, decision-making information to and consultation with Ursula Schneider. Roland Dunzendorfer (Gugler cross media) is in charge as project manager for the demonstration project since July 2010, and is responsible for effecting all necessary decisions to implementation, to be given by Ernst Gugler.

Both project leaders are responsible for achieving the project objectives; they have line management and are equipped with decision-making, instruction, and enforcement powers. They make the following AG Services true: Set the top-level project objectives, the supply (only D), final decisions on the individual phases, conflict management, representing the contact point (eg, receiving and forwarding the reports of the project management) and project-related external representation.

The project control is also going on during all phases and will provide the following deliverables, which are divided into the following 5 categories:

  1. organisation, information, coordination, documentation,
  2. qualities and quantities;
  3. costs and financing;
  4. scheduling and capacity,
  5. comunication with programm management and other lead projects.
