Task 45 aims to provide the knowledge and framework necessary to accelerate the market uptake of Large Thermal Energy Storage (LTES) technologies — including Pit (PTES), Borehole (BTES), Tank (TTES), and Aquifer (ATES) Thermal Energy Storage.
Participants will gain insights into stakeholder engagement strategies, public perception challenges, the European regulatory landscape, and innovative financing models that support the deployment of these energy storage solutions.
