The company DANA door industry as the Austrian market leader of industrially manufactured internal and external doors aims at the fabrication of passive-house-suited external doors.
The development of this passive-house-suited external door is based on many years of experience in the industrial manufacturing of external doors, especially in the production of external doors for covered way.
Aims of the Project
- External-door-system with or without glazing
- Use of recycling materials and/or renewable primary products
- Retention of customary profile measurements
- Accordance with ÖNORM B 5339 referring to external doors
- Thermal transmittance UD <= 0,8 W/m²K
- Sound insulation at least Rw 42 dB
- Burglar resistance at least WK2
- Fire- Resistance EI230
- Introduction to the market: 2005
